Natalie serves as an account coordinator of Direct Agents, a digital marketing firm in New York City. She’s developed effective communication skills throughout her career, dating back to her undergraduate days at the University of San Diego, when she was an intern with The Pittsburgh Penguins Foundation.
For Natalie, the love of sports and communication has been a constant. Natalie previously served as the go-to human resources business partner for Esmark Steel Group and all of its subsidiaries, handling both employee and employer needs in payroll, benefits and compensation programs. Before accepting her human resources role, she was a sales representative at Esmark Steel Group in Chicago, managing the entire supply chain for two companies–including overseeing the shipment of about 900 tons of processed steel a month (no small feat, considering that’s about the weight of 300 elephants).
A believer in team sports, Natalie served as assistant varsity girl’s lacrosse coach at Quaker Valley High School for two seasons, guiding the team to the 2015 WPIAL Championship.
Natalie fell in love with theater and movies after seeing My Fair Lady and imitating Eliza Doolittle’s cockney accent. A longtime participant in the performing arts, Natalie has created the roles of sassy Roxy Hart in Chicago and inspirational Maria in The Sound of Music. She doesn’t need the English subtitles for Italian films since she studied in Florence, Italy, and most enjoys classic black-and-white films, like her beloved Casablanca.
